Primely focusing on sealing records, expungements, pardons, termination of probation, and appeals.
We take pride in serving any case in any county for the State of California. Furthermore extending our assistance with affordable rates and payment plans. Our main goal is to give you the opportunity to have your record completely cleared. We do this by filing the appropriate petition or application to have your case reconsidered for a resentencing. Furthermore by sealing your record after you are granted a resentencing hearing.
Prostitution, Drug Charges, Burglary, Check Fraud, Robbery, Assault, Domestic Violence, Perjury, Trespassing, DUI, Possession, Sales of Narcotics, Driving on a Suspended License, Manslaughter, Intoxicated in Public, Gun Charges, Conspiracy, Immigration Clearance, Receiving Stolen Property, Petty Theft, Under the Influence and many more.
Upon submitting your intake form we get straight to work. Requesting your case information and verifying under what grounds your case could to be eligible for resentencing. Presenting these facts, your case will be considered resentencing. The end result is getting your record expunged.
Once your case has been granted an expungement, your case is eligible to be sealed. This is the most important step. Sealing your record includes sealing your fingerprints, booking photos, arrest reports and any other government information regarding your case. All cases and applications we assist with are sealed at no additional cost.
Once we have expunged and sealed your record, you can confidently start your new life. Clearing your record will give you the ability to vote, obtain professional licenses & certificates, adopt a child, travel out of the country, apply for government positions, attend school events and live like a abiding citizen again. Your life will be completely changed.
