Restoring Gun Rights
Both federal law and California law prohibit people with felonies from having guns. There are two possible options to restore gun rights through record cleaning:
- Reduce your felony charge to a misdemeanor. However, some misdemeanors still have gun bans.
- Get a pardon from the Governor of California.
